TAL Ventures Management LLC collects information voluntarily submitted through the institutional access request form, the company submission form, and correspondence sent to published contact addresses.

For users granted restricted access, the platform records authentication events, disclaimer acceptances, document access events, and administrative actions.

Information is processed to evaluate access requests, verify eligibility, review company submissions, administer the restricted investor environment, and maintain records of access decisions.

Materials made available in the restricted environment are confidential and are provided solely to persons determined by TAL Ventures to be eligible. Access may be time limited, revoked, or suspended at any time.

Access requests, submissions, disclaimer acceptances, and access logs are retained for the period necessary to administer the platform and to satisfy applicable recordkeeping obligations.

Access to submitted information is limited to authorised administrators. Restricted documents are stored in private storage and are served only through short lived links generated after an access check.
